It was great to work with Elisabeth for Indie Beer Week (a collaborative event between 27 Irish Independent Breweries). Elisabeth was able to proactively look for and generate content for social media and did a far better job of managing the social media accounts and engaging with people than we could have done on our own. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of the events and brewers were promoted.

Elisabeth worked with Sheridans Cheesemongers for nearly 10 years, always displaying great passion, creativity and dedication for her work – with diverse responsibilities, including; retail and wholesale management, brand and product development, purchasing oversight and product sourcing, event management, marketing, sales and customer service, staff recruitment and management, forecasting and budget.
She was entirely responsible for the development of the Sheridan’s wholesale and export business, working alongside

enterprise as well moreover in the development of our overall business and brand.
